Cheyenne joins AMS Property with an intensive background in sales/marketing and customer relations. She is highly motivated to excel in her new career path of realestate.
Having several personal properties of her own at the age of 26, realestate has always been a great passion of hers. Understanding that in this business it is not just a professional transaction, it is also building rapport with your client to exceed the individuals needs.
For leisure Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors and building her own property portfolio.
Samantha Ferris
Commercial Facilities & Property Manager
Samantha has been a part of the AMS Property team for several years and comes with an extensive background in corporate administration. Samantha is a fully qualified licensed property manager with a knowledge base expanding across lease & contract preparation, accounts, contractor appointment and personal relations.
Samantha thrives being a part of a close knit team where we treat our Landlords in the highest regard and build strong relationships with our Contractors to ensure our Landlords assets are looked after as if they were our own properties.
Outside of work Samantha loves spending time with your family & friends.
